WHO WE ARE
At Coolspring Ranch, we're more than just a destination - we're a place where memories are made, laughter is shared, and community comes first!
For over 21 years, we've been opening our gate to families, friends, and adventure seekers looking for good times in the great outdoors. From pony rides and hay mazes to jumping pads and breathaking sunsets, everything we do is built around fun, connection, and love for nature.
At Coolspring Ranch, we don't like to take ourselves too seriously. We like to have fun, but most importantly - we LOVE watching our guests make memories alongside us.
But what truly makes Coolspring Ranch special? Our people. We're a tight-knit team of hardworking, upbeat, and caring individuals who bring energy and heart to everything we do. Whether you're leading crews on the cow train, greeting guests, or helping behind the scenes, every role matters here - and every day brings something new.
We are looking for agri-tainers (aka: ranch hands) that are at least 14 years old, LOVE the outdoors, are energetic, kind, enthusiastic, hard-working, have great availability, and are trustworthy and dependable.
At Coolspring Ranch, we're proud to build a team as fun, welcoming, and hardworking as the place itself. Whether you're looking for your first job, trying to earn some extra money , or just interested in the experience, we're excited to welcome ranch hands who are ready to saddle up, learn, and make a difference.
We encourage you to get some friends and family to apply with you. The Ranch is perfect for parents and kids working together, retirees, parents looking to earn a little extra cash, high school kids, and first jobs.
